Dear Guest,Thank you for choosing our hotel and for taking the time to evaluate our services. We are truly delighted that you had a pleasant experience during your stay with us.Regarding the room facilities, our Standard rooms are not equipped with a mini-fridge or safe. If you visit us again, we recommend choosing a Comfort room, which offers additional facilities such as a mini-fridge, safe, coffee and tea making facilities, and complimentary water upon arrival. We hope to welcome you again at Hello Hotels!Kind regards,Florentina CioflanFront Office Manager

Dear Guest,

Thank you for choosing our hotel and for taking the time to evaluate our services. We are really glad to hear that you had a pleasant experience during your stay with us.

Regarding breakfast, we are pleased that you enjoyed the variety of sweet and savoury options. We offer around 61 products daily, carefully selected to ensure both quality and consistency. We work with suppliers contracted at hotel chain level, with national coverage in Romania, as well as with local producers.

In order to accommodate a larger number of guests comfortably, we have moved the breakfast service to the adjacent building which is just two steps away,
